Description
Bespoke six-week distillation process for each ingredient. Botanicals are individually macerated before undergoing copper pot distillation and filtration. Neutral grain spirit is used in maceration and removed during distillation. Blended and bottled in England.
Founded by Ben Branson in 2015, Seedlip married his 350-year farming heritage with a love of nature, flavour and design. Inspired by the 17th century book, The Art of Distillation Ben tinkered with a copper still and homegrown herbs in his kitchen in the woods. The final result? A curiously complex non-alcoholic spirit.
Seedlip has three expressions: aromatic Spice 94, herbal Garden 108, and citrus Grove 42. Each complex expression is a blend of botanical distillates crafted by way of traditional methods.
