Wellington Made maple syrup is a gift of nature from Wellington County. The dark Canadian maple syrup is tapped by Mennonite families of Wellington County later in the season to offer the most intense maple flavour. It is then barrel aged for 4-8 months in freshly dumped whiskey barrels where it infuses the deep flavour of the charred oak.
Dark vs light maple syrup has the highest count of antioxidants and the essence of whiskey.
